High Strength Alloy Steel Drill Rod Steel For Small Hole Rock Drilling H19 Shank
Integral drill steel, another name called integral drill rod, which is used by hand held rock drill in granite and marble quarries, underground mining, for small blasting hole. Shank H22*108mm, H19*108mm, and standard hex. Bit diameters range 20-42mm, different lengths are available from 400mm to 6000mm usually.
It can reduces the expense of impact energy, improves the drilling speed and efficience, also it can be used for drilling bore hole diameter form 19mm to 41mm usually.

3. CNC lathing the hollow steel rod to make screw thread for head and end parts of rod
4. makeing flat parts for head part
5. welding the two parts with steel pipe
6. lathing the redundant steel welding ring
7. painting and packing
